IT ALL STARTED IN CORPORATE CAFETERIAS WHERE ROSCOE WAS PROMOTED FROM GRILL COOK TO CHEF MANAGER.

 

It was during these years the Chef learned hundreds of recipes and gained the food management skills that allow him to deliver quality food and services in an efficient and cost effective manner.


The Chef left the corporate cafeteria and began working in restaurants where he furthered his culinary acumen. After several years of working in "other folks" kitchen, Chef Roscoe decided to strike out on his own and the rest is history!

LOVES TO ROLLER SKATE

When he has any spare time Chef Roscoe skates at local skating rinks in Essex County.

 

SELF TAUGHT

Roscoe began his career in the food service industry, over 25 years ago, as a grill cook in corporate cafeterias. While learning hospitality and management skills, he was soon promoted to Chef / Manager and developed a passion for food through developing recipes and cooking techniques.


WORKS OUT 4 TO 5 TIMES A WEEK

Chef Roscoe works out frequently and understands the importance of exercise. He prefers to workout early mornings. He doesn't feel like himself if he doesn't start the day with good habits.


 HAS A SENSE OF HUMOR

Not only does he love to laugh but he also loves to tell  jokes and make others laugh. 

The Chef firmly believes that smiling and having a positive attitude not only makes his day better but allows him to meet each client's expectations. He loves what he does and it shows in his food!

Chef Roscoe hosts a fun and interactive cooking event that is 1 part contest, 1 part cooking class, 1 part team building and ALL FUN. We teach you some of the Chef's recipes and you all get to enjoy what you made. It is a great time for all and the food is a delicious bonus!
