Roscoe Coleman began in the food service industry over 20 years ago. After leaving grueling construction work in brick masonry, he became interested in cooking when he was hired as a grill cook in corporate facilities for major companies such as Exxon, Singer Kerfott and Kean College. While learning hospitality and management skills, he was soon promoted to Chef/Manager. Having worked with many Corporate Executive Chefs, Roscoe developed a love and a passion for food and cooking. The experience led Roscoe to start his own catering business;
