LEGAL NOTICES
All notices from RMT Buffet Catering LLC to You may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to RMT Buffet Catering LLC shall be made by e-mail, sent to the address we provide on our Web site:

Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to RMT Buffet Catering LLC five (5) days after the date sent.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
CASH/CASHIER CHECK/MONEY ORDER
Using CASH/CASHIER CHECK/MONEY ORDER as a method of payment, you agree to provide RMT Buffet Catering LLC payment in the form of US Dollars ($) upon receipt and signing of your contract and contract agreements. Cashier Check and/or Money Order must be made to RMT BUFFET CATERING LLC upon receipt and signing of your contract and contract agreements.
PERSONAL CHECK
Using PERSONAL CHECK as a method of payment, you agree to allow 3 business days after the check is recieved to be cleared for funds. At that time the contract will go into effect. No Exceptions. Using a PERSONAL CHECK as a method of final payment, you agree to provide RMT Buffet Catering LLC payment no later than 5 days prior to your event date. No exceptions. All returned checks will result in the cancellation of services. You will be responsible for paying any bank fees incurred by RMT Buffet Catering LLC in association with your returned check.
CREDIT CARD
Using CREDIT CARD as a method of payment, you agree that you must be authorized to use the credit card presented as a method of payment. Prior to the purchase of any goods or services on our website, you must provide us with a valid credit card number and associated payment information including all of the following: (i) your name as it appears on the card, (ii) your credit card number, (iii) the credit card type, (iv) the date of expiration and (v) any activation numbers or codes needed to charge your card. If RMT Buffet Catering LLC does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by RMT Buffet Catering LLC or its agents.
Deposit/Cancellation/Refund Policy
All deposits are to be made at the accepting of the stated contract/invoice. Deposit amount is determined by the final proposed amount on the stated contract/invoice accepted by the client from the caterer.
Client must notify caterer of any changes to the menu, location, amount of guests or amount of items five (5) days prior to the event in order for the caterer to make necessary adjustments as it pertains to services and fees. Any changes made within 5 days of the scheduled event will be subject to additional fees as it pertains to additional costs to the caterer.
Cancellations of any event by the client must be made at least 4 weeks prior to the event in order to receive a full refund of the deposit. For any cancellation made by the client within 7 to 28 days prior to the event, the client’s deposit will be returned minus a 20% Hold fee. For any cancellation made by the client within 5 days prior to the event, the client’s deposit is non-refundable.
Only FULL PAYMENTS will be accepted for any contract made within 28 days of the event.
Only 20% of all Full Payments will be considered deposit and will be subjected to deposit policy.
Cancellations made by the caterer will result in a full refund of total deposit to the client.
Any postponed dates are stated in the contract. Additional dates are available at the discretion of the caterer and are to be discussed prior to the date of the event.
MISCELLANEOUS
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED:
Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. RMT Buffet Catering LLC and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. Any offer for any product or service made in the materials on this Web site is void where prohibited.
GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of RMT Buffet Catering LLC shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.
MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and RMT Buffet Catering LLC with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and RMT Buffet Catering LLC with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by RMT Buffet Catering LLC.
