By placing an order for ticket(s) you agree to indemnify and hold harmless RMT BUFFET CATERING LLC, WOMEN’S CLUB OF MONTCLAIR  and all other sponsors and their respective owners, directors, officers, agents, employees, successors, and assigns

("Releases"), from any and all claims, losses, injuries or damages to persons or property, and from liability for injury, disability, and such, and from costs (including reasonable attorney's fees), WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES OR OTHERWISE, that arise out of or in any way relate to the event and/or your attendance at the event, except those claims arising out of the wanton and willful misconduct of the Releases.  You further accept, assume and incur all responsibility for the risk of injury, disability, or such arising out of or in any way related to the event or your attendance at the event.

Providing false or fraudulent information will result in the forfeiting of your ticket(s). State and Local law enforcement officials will prosecute anyone attempting to use false identification.
